Uffe Bundgaard-Jørgensen, Ph.D. in economics and operations research from University of Copenhagen and Danish Technical University 1974. . MA, economics (cand. polit.) 1970, University of Copenhagen,. 1970-1975 Senior Consultant, Hoff & Overgaard, Planning Consultants. 1975-1979 Research Director, County and Local Authority Research Institute of Denmark (AKF). 1979-1988 Managing Director, KOMGAS I/S. 1988-1999 Managing Director, Danish Venture Finance A/S. From 2000 and onwards CEO, Mermaid Venture Consult Aps. 2002-2003 also CEO of Brabo Ventures/Gate2Growth.com. He has lectured in Economics for many years at the University of Copenhagen, and worked as a consultant for the World Bank and DANIDA in South America, Asia and Africa. He was member of the Board of Directors of EVCA (European Venture Capital Organization) for a number of years. Since 2000 he has been adviser to the Danish International Investment Funds. In 2004 he was appointed as Chairman of the Danish Energy Regulatory Authority by the Minister of Trade and Energy of Denmark.

Carl Johan af Rosenborg, joined early 2006 as Director of InvestorNet / Gate2Growth, and has since 2008 acted as an associate.
His broad knowledge and background within finance and strategic business development helps bridging the gap between the needs of entrepreneurs and investors.
He has international experience from senior positions held over the last 10 years within the investment banking industry in London, initially with Merrill Lynch, consecutively with Julius Baer as Director of their international marketing arm. Prior to that he worked within the Danish oil industry on the downstream marketing side where he held several management positions within Esso and Statoil.
MBA in Strategic Management and Master Degree in Marketing Management from Copenhagen Business School.
Elizabeth Thrane-Carlsen, B.Sc Manufacturing Management 1989, Dipl Sports Psychology, Newcastle College 1999. She joined InvestorNet as network manager in May 2006. Prior to joining InvestorNet Elizabeth lived for 16 years in Cambridge, UK, where she worked as a consulting project manager for hi-tec start-ups assisting them in becoming investor-ready.
