ECO-Club Master Classes will continue to be conducted by InvestorNet during 2011 in France, Spain, Sweden, Denmark and Hungary.

The Master Classes are centered around cleantech clusters and be specifically aimed at companies and entrepreneurs within the cleantech and energy sector.

During 2009 and 2010 InvestorNet successfully completed a one year Private Equity Funding program in Malta for the government organisation "Malta Enterprise".
The objective of the “Equity funding Program” was to provide and test a comprehensive approach for the facilitation of businesses in obtaining equity financing. The Program included awareness creation seminars, training classes and individual coaching of entrepreneurs and companies.

The Master Class was conducted as part of the pan-European and partly EU funded AAL (Ambient Assisted Living) program and was targeting a group of entrepreneurs all with exiting and relevant new technical solutions for the Ambient Assisted living program.

The continued growth in innovation has created a need to ensure that projects, innovators and entrepreneurs receive quality financial advice in order to ensure and sustain their continued growth.

The Estoril Declaration - Principles and Good Practice Policies on Financing Innovation Value Chain - was signed in Portugal during the 8/9 October 2007 conference.

March/April 2010 InvestorNet has successfully signed two new contracts with the EU Commission: ProNano and INNO-Water. In both projects the role of InvestorNet will be to provide services to companies and R&D project related to business plan development and access to financing.

March 2010 The CEO of InvestorNet, Uffe Bundgaard-Jørgensen, was appointed Chairman of the Bord of the new Malta based company LanguageRoom which will provide facilities for live on-line teaching to language schools world wide. (more info at www.languageroom.com .)

The InvestorNet network were invited to attend the mCluster Matchmaking summit held at 15th-16th in May 2008 in Stuttgart.

We were introduced to trends and developments that are expected to develop within the mobile technology sector. We were also introduced to approximately 30 projects that within the next 18-24 month will be investment ready.

Greenovate! Europe was launched in October 1st. It is a grouping of experienced professionals from the eco-innovation sector; renewable energy and cleantech.
